全台瘋路跑,想要步跑得跑得好除了平時的練習之外,裝備的性能與使用都是關鍵。而在路跑時我們最怕鞋帶鬆脫導致我們要停下來綁好,不僅浪費了時間,更打亂了配速與節奏。而鞋帶的綁法百百種,重要的是該如何綁?沒綁緊會導致腳沒有和鞋子貼合而扭傷,綁太緊,又因為足部充血膨脹而產生大量的不適感。 最後就來教大家正確又實用的綁鞋帶方法吧 !
第一種就是大家所熟悉的一般綁法,依照所有鞋帶孔洞一一穿過,並在最後打結就完成。值得注意的是,專家提到,在鞋帶前段3個孔,是可依照個人情況做調整,並不需要綁非常緊,但在鞋扣環以上的孔洞,則是為了給腳背與腳跟完整的包覆,需盡量完整包覆踝部,作完全貼合,避免運動時受傷。
第二種為穿耳式綁法,利用同一條鞋帶,在最後一個鞋孔,用相同的方向穿過,並預留孔洞,再從孔洞由下往上穿,最後在打結綁緊,這種方法好處是高度會提升,包覆性會比較好一些。
第三種為平行式綁鞋帶法,一般傳統綁法對於腳背較高的人來說會有些許壓迫感,就可以試試平行式綁鞋帶法,以平行交替方式減少交叉綁法所帶來不適的感覺。

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!
